Bank IMTZ provides a card couriering service to deliver debit or prepaid cards directly to the customer's registered address, for convenient and timely access.

A standard couriering fee will be charged for each card delivery as per our tariffs This fee is non-refundable, regardless of card activation or usage. The fee may vary depending on the delivery location (e.g., local vs. international).

By requesting courier delivery, the customer agrees to pay the applicable couriering fee. Charges will be debited directly from the customer’s linked account unless otherwise arranged.

Estimated delivery is within 3 to 5 business days for local deliveries, and 7 to 10 business days for international deliveries. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier partner schedules or unforeseen delays.

Customers are required to confirm receipt of the card by signing a delivery acknowledgment, either physically at delivery or electronically as instructed. If the customer does not confirm receipt, Bank IMTZ reserves the right to withhold card activation.

After receiving receipt confirmation, customers must activate their card via the designated activation channels e.g., Digital channels or bank processes. The card remains inactive until the activation process is completed.

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information. Bank IMTZ is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or outdated information.

Customers must ensure their address is current, accurate, and complete. Bank IMTZ is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or outdated customer-provided information. The bank may request identity verification upon delivery (if required by courier partner).

If the customer does not receive the card within the specified period, they must notify the bank within 7 business days from the expected delivery date. Replacement delivery may be subject to an additional couriering fee.

Bank IMTZ is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit by third-party courier providers. The bank’s responsibility ends upon successful handover of the card to the courier service.

Bank IMTZ reserves the right to amend the couriering fee or these terms at any time. Customers will be notified through official communication channels.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Republic of Tanzania.
